LETTER FROM THE MAYOR

Old friends, future friends, welcome to the official website for the Saronic Gulf island of Agistri.

We are very happy to watch so many families expand over the years and the young generations becoming Agistri fans too!

For our future friends, the following pages, we hope will provide enough information for all they need to know about our small beautiful island.

The hotels, pensions, apartments and studios, provide very comfortable accommodation, adequate for all expectations.

There is a wide variety of tavernas and bars, which provide both Greek and International cuisine, as well as music for the ones who want to have an active night-out.

Your swim you can enjoy in sandy, pebbly or rocky beaches and the crystal clear turquoise-blue water is everywhere around you.

What makes our island unique though, compared to any other islands in Greece, is the fact that 85% of its surface, is covered by a thick pine-forest, very easily crossed on foot, from corner to corner.
